EM (Global Exchange Manager) and GRM (Global Refund Manager) are Smartpoint plugins that help you partially automate the process of ticket exchanges, reissues and refunds. They guide you through 6 (GEM) or 3 (GRM) easy steps in a graphical interface, so you don’t need to use cryptic entries. GEM & GRM make the whole process much quicker and more efficient. Moreover, you will spend less time on training your agents.
