AVAILABILITY BY FLIGHT NUMBER

Availability by flight number is a very simple tool that helps you find a specific single or connecting flight.
Once installed, to get started type the following entry:

>BBA03AUGBKKRDU/NH848/NH108/UA556
Begin with BB so the system knows that you’re searching for specific flight
A3AUGBKKRDU Availability command (Airport code) /NH848/NH108/NH556 Airline code/flight number

QR GROUP CLAIM
1. Agent contact QR to book group and inform IATA number.
2. QR send excel sheet to agents to fill up names.
3. QR adds names to booking file at least 10 pax consider as group.
4. QR will transfer Booking file to agent’s PCC. Agent can claim booking to issue tickets.

CHILD DATE OF BIRTH FORMAT CHANGE

Travelport+ Special Service Request (SSR) Child Date of Birth — Format Change

Travelport+ now requires a child’s date of birth in the name field remarks, along with their age. A Child Special Service Request (SSR CHLD) with date of birth will be required for any Booking File which has a child present in the booking. Travelport+ shall prompt for the child’s date of birth to be entered in the name field and it will then populate it into a Special Service Request (SSR CHLD).

AUTOMATED EXCHANGE (AE)

Effective: 01 September 2022

Automated Exchange (AE) will help you to automatically calculate the new price for the “voluntary” (passenger requested) change of an eTicket.

It uses historical data, current fares, and rules to re-price a revised itinerary. It will display results, including any additional collection, refunds and change or penalty fee amounts, to assist you to complete the exchange process through the application, within the ARC parameters.

We simplify the re-price and re-issue process for the “voluntary” (passenger requested) change of an eTicket with “GUARANTEE (G)” for you via our Automated Exchange.
